The excellent reviews and ratings truly reflect the quality of their work. Tom was very professional and thoroughly explained the whole process. We also talked to and got quotes from other companies but picked Tom since he came up with the best quality/price ratio overall. The installation (6 windows) lasted less than 3 hours and the house was very clean inside afterwards. After a few weeks we can say that we really like the windows and look forward to a warm winter.
